I contacted OBCS for décor for my wedding this coming fall. Cheryl has been more than helpful to keep me updated on my orders and contacted me immediately when there was an issue with an item being out of stock. We had a miscommunication and she is eager to fix the issue. I was a little nervous about ordering from them initially seeing that there were no reviews online and I am an out of state resident, not a local to their area. I will be the first to say - I would gladly order from them in the future! It is difficult to find stores (and online stores) that are willing to go above and beyond for their customer service. OBCS has exceeded my expectations, even with the minor mix up!
