I've stopped here multiple times on the way to OBX and the staff is always great, the food is great and they've never messed up an order. Bathrooms are very clean as well.
They need to stop nukin food in the microwave oven. Bread does not do well. This is my second time receiving an item that was ruined by putting it in the microwave. I couldn't even eat the hot dog without tossing out the bun.
I ordered a #1 and #4. A small burger snd a small fry. I orginally wanted a #3. Because I asked her if she could give me more fries instead of onion rings and my girlfriend wanted another chicken sandwich instead of a burger. The lady said "we can substitute any of that". I told here "I don't believe that". I live in Pennsylvania and the closet Hardee's we can go to is 30 mins away in Morgantown, WV. They have no problem substituting items. My fries are the same size as medium fries and we got one cookie and not two like our Hardee's gives us. I had to wait for my drink because the lady was too lazy to change the dr. Pepper bib and wanted me to get something else and I told her I will wait. She told me to pull up and if I pulled up and I was blocking drive though traffic so I pulled in a parking spot instead and walked in and waited 5 mins for my drink. And on top of all that, they didn't give me a receipt for my meal.
