Delivery doesn't start until 5, I placed my order about 4, my order was here at 4:45. Pizza was definitely better then the last 2 pizza restaurants that were there before. We also ordered onion rings, they were good.
I called to place a delivery order for lunch, although they do not deliver for lunch due to staffing. I give them four stars for the gentleman working offered to bring the order to my place of business when they closed at two o'clock. Awesome customer service Thanks.....
We ordered food at 4:15 pm and here it is 6:00 and still no food just excuses. They did give us half price,but with screaming, crying ,hungry kids, I would have taken full price and on time.
Every time I order pizza I ask for very, very light sauce but it always ends up being saucy. Other than that the food is good.
We ordered food at 530 pm, live 5 mins away literally, it's now 7:06...no delivery. Getting my card credited & calling the Kitty Hawk establishment tomorrow to speak to someone in charge since the girl in Grandy didn't know what to tell me, there was no one in charge there. Really??
